Good morning men of God,
So often I find myself striving to be a better man... a better person... to be more Christlike .... what I call "Christ Complete", only to become more aware of my shortcomings and frustrated as to my slowness of growth.
Maybe you feel the same.
It seems no matter how hard I try I just cannot seem to become all I know the Lord wants me to be. I still struggle with stuff.
Maybe it's just me?
Then Eph 2 comes to mind in verse 8 where it says "that by grace you have been saved... not of works, lest anyone should boast."
and verse 10 (AMP) For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works...
and that's when I realize... I can't do this in my own strength and abilities.
as this is way above my paygrade.
I just have to be willing to put my life in His hands.
He is the master craftsman and I am His master work.
Just be willing.... cooperate the best you can.
Christ Complete.... or maybe its "Christ Completed".
