Good morning mighty men of valor,
Another day to "hit the bricks"...
you know.. "another day, another dollar"...
to "keep your nose to the grindstone"...
to "climb that corporate ladder"...
to "pull your own weight"...
to "get the show on the road".
to "get your foot in the door".
to "stay in the loop",
just to "stay afloat".... day in and day out.
If that is how you feel I would suggest you're doing it wrong!
Our work is meant to be worship.
And when I worship my Lord... my King... my Savior... Almighty God...
I am invigorated... plugged into the power and energy of God... can climb the tallest mountain.... can slay the wild beast.
For I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
Work is hard. Yes, it is.
I do not suggest otherwise but stay plugged into God.
He knows everything about everything.
And can even inspire you with genius ideas and will give you strength.
Worship him in and through your work.
Think about it!
